It's the first time I noticed that. When I enter numbers to the X and Y boxes (Guideline Position) on the Guidelines Property Bar, CorelDRAW X3 SP2 add the entered value to the current. And yes, it works fine in the Guidelines Setup (View menu or Tools > Options > Document > Guidelines)...

If you want to snap primary elements (nodes, cursor, bounding box, interactive markers, special nodes, text baselines, text glyphs…) to guidelines, just enable 'Snap to Guidelines' . If you want to snap certain snapping modes (Center, Quadrant, Tangent, Midpoint…) to guidelines...

And same here… Why do we have the P shortcut while we can double-click on the rectangle tool, and align any object to the center of the frame rectangle? Do you think I should not ask for these snapping modes?
