A breif one: Can the object name of imported bitmaps automatically be named corresponding to the file name it was imported from? (rather than "RGB Bitmap") Would make it much easier to identify in the object manager.

(I work with X3 - I am presuming that it's the same for X4?)

Hi Gadget,

I'm not sure of a way to see that info. Or if it's even possible. As you say, bitmaps will lose their identity when imported.

Would be very interesting to find an answer or solution!

In fact, in X4 this is solved. The imported bitmap keeps its name! Maybe not too many have noticed this, but that is actually the case. Credit to the developers for this!
